Shipping Policy:

Free standard shipping on orders over $100 applies to the lower 48 states and does not include Hawaii or Alaska.

• Please allow 24 – 48 hours to process your order. This is an estimate and does not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 1 p.m. will not be processed until the following Monday.
• We do not ship to FPO or APO addresses. Shipment to PO Boxes will be via USPS.
• Expedited shipping requires 1 business day to process.
• All shipping costs are non refundable.
• Once the package is delivered SPLASH TRIBE is no longer responsible for the shipment. Please ensure you are shipping to a secure location.
• The customer is responsible for entering the correct shipping address. Any errors will be billed accordingly.
• You will receive an email with a tracking number (if trackable) once the order has shipped.
