Shipping Policy:
- All shipping costs are non refundable.
- Please allow 24 - 48 hours to process your order. This is an estimate and does not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 1 p.m. will not be processed until the following Monday.
- We do not ship to FPO or APO addresses. Shipment to PO Boxes will be via USPS.
- Expedited shipping requires 1 business day to process.
- Once the package is delivered to the carrier SPLASHTRIBE is no longer responsible for the shipment. Please ensure you are shipping to a secure location.
- The customer is responsible for entering the correct shipping address. Any errors will be billed accordingly.
- You will receive an email with a tracking number (if trackable) once the order has shipped.
- We can ship to Hawaii, Alaska and Canada for additional cost. (Please email customer service)
- Exceptions: All boots are excluded from free shipping. Boots will be shipped for $20 standard shipping.

In Store Pickup
If you are not satisfied with your online purchase and you have chosen in store pickup, you may return the item within 5 days of the order date for a refund.
Shipped Items
If you are not satisfied with your online purchase and you have chosen to ship the item/items you may return within 14 days of the invoice date for a refund. The item/items must be received at our facility on or before the date on your return shipping form. Any package received after the receive by date will be refused and returned to sender and no refund will be issued. SPLASHTRIBE is not responsible for customer return shipping. Return Policy Details: SPLASHTRIBE is committed to providing cutting edge fashion along with great customer service. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and if you are unhappy with your purchase please feel free to return the shipped item within 14 days from the date of invoice for a refund. In order to process your refund ALL of the following conditions must be met:
• Items must be in NEW CONDITION and in original packaging.
• Items must not be WORN, WASHED or ALTERED in any way.
• Footwear must show no wear.
• Footwear must be returned in original undamaged box (shoe box must be shipped inside another box).
• All tags and accessories must be attached and not altered in any way. (SPLASHTRIBE and manufacturer tags)
• Original Invoice/Packing slip must be included.
• Original Packing Slip must be included in box. Items will not be refunded if they are not returned in the same condition they are sold. Examples of refusals but not limited to:
• Signs of wear
• Make-up Stains

• Animal hair
• Cigarette Smoke
• Snag

• Swimwear liner must be intact
• Tags removed or altered in any way

Processing Credit Card Returns Please allow time for the shipment to arrive and our facility to process your return. We try and process your returns within 48 hours of receiving at our facility. Once received and processed it may take 2 to 10 business days for your credit card company to post your return to your credit card account. Returned items will be refunded back to your original form of payment.
